Quick and easy to use, came in the post far sooner than I expected it too which was nice and a lovely quality product. The only thing I would have liked to be different was the colour of the pages. I have used other photo book companies and this was the easiest to use by far and for a great price!

Great service, fast delivery and excellent products!

I placed an order which was due to be delivered between 2-4th March. It was marked on the system as dispatched. I contacted them on 9th to be told that there was an issue with my design so it hadn’t been processed but they had just sent it to print. I asked why it was shown as dispatched but I didn’t get an answer. They then said they would give me the option to “redesign my order”. I cancelled and orders from another provider. I am awaiting my refund.

Lengthy process to produce the photo book then cost had tripled from advertised price. As it had taken so long to make, we ended up purchasing. On arrival, concept good but photo quantity poor. Overall £30 for a slim photo book feels very over priced.

I was very pleased with my album. My only problem was that some photos did not seem as well developed as my previous book. The problem could have been my photography but it didnt seem to be a problem last time. Overall though I am happy

Quick delivery and the poster print I ordered is great. However, the frame I ordered with it broke as soon as we tried to put a picture in it and cannot hold a picture as all the clasps around the edges came off as soon as we bent them- not worth the money.

My cards took ages to come when they did eventually arrive they were bent as they don’t come in a box also they had the right photo on but someone else’s message with another family name , mine were thank you cards for Christmas message on the back for another family new born child , still waiting for customer services to get back to me

The picture I ordered was okay but came with a massive mark in the middle like it had been folded in half, I don't know if I'm going to buy something here again.EDIT!They sent me another one for free. Thank you so much
